Dr. Joseph Chasteen is an Associate Professor Emeritus in the Department of Oral Medicine at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He is the author of two textbooks on dental assisting and four-handed dentistry. His interests include dental practice management, instructional design and the use of computer technology in dental education and in contemporary dental practice. Dr. Chasteen received his dental degree and his Masters in Education from the University of Michigan.
